Mach 3 error after install

I just downloaded & installed MSM Personal edition however now my Mach 3 wont run, even with my old profile.

Error triggered Art Code 20070911 , theattemptmt recovery and get error code 9991 which repeats until I say no to attempt recovery, then error stopping timer, then Mach crashes completely.

Any ideas?

1) When installing, did you follow the readme instructions and thus created a copy of the non-MSM profile and then used the copy to run MSM?
If you did, then when you say "even with my old profile" - you mean the one that was not changed by MSM?

I have no idea what the "art codes" mean- Art once told me that they were intended to be internal codes for his use only. I don't know of any list of at codes that tells what blew up in mach. Hum, I've never seen a case where an MSM personal install would start creating Art codes. If that happened to me, I'd reinstall mach as it sounds as if something has gone seriously awry.

I did make a copy of my working profile, and yes, no joy with my previously working profile.

So I uninstalled MSM and re-installed Mach and still no joy. I am pretty sure there is something else that is not related to MSM going on. I am going to restore from a backup and start over.
