Probing with personal edition

I installed MSM personal to use its probing features for finding edges of stock. When I push a screen button, say Y-, nothing happens. Did I install incorrectly or is this function disabled in the personal edition?

Hi,
MSM's probing functionality is not part of the Personal edition but is available in the Pro edition.
