Using my software again

Hello,
It's been sometime since I've used my Calypso software but I'm now getting started again with a CNC Router.
I've not idea where I'm at as far as my account goes. I tried to install using the Proxy option with no joy. Would it be possible to take a look at my account and get me reestablished again.
