License Problem

Hello,

Appears there may be not be a solution for me to be able to use this software on my cnc machine due to the requirement of being connected to the internet to activate it. My mach3 system only has a single lan card that is set up to use ESS, so I have no network connectivity of any kind. Couple that with the current location of the system (a barn far away from any internet source other than the possibility of a phone hot spot) and I don't have any option other than disconnecting the system, hauling it to somewhere it has a hard line internet connection, re-configuring the nic, activating the software, and then hope everything continues to work when I get it all back up and running in the barn.

Of course I tried the proxy method but apparently it has already been disabled because it is not working and my license is brand new.

Please advise...

HI,
The proxy activation steps are "depricated" - which means that they are not recommended and will be going away in a future release. However, they still work.. Please try them again if that is what you need to do.

Please be aware that the proxy activation steps are not going to continue to be in future releases.
