All new users on the support forums have their posts moderated - they will not show up until they are approved. There is a notice to this effect in the announcements at the top of the page. This became necessary to deal with spammers (I delete quite a few bot generated spam posts so that users will not have to wade thru them). The first post I see from you was at 10:00 PM last night, I approved it this evening. Usually this would be slightly quicker but I was out of the office today - sorry for the delay. Still, that's pretty good compared to what happens when you try to get less than 24hr personal turn around for support from most any other software company.. ;)

That is odd... Almost all the other buttons cause MSM to open up a PDF file. Since you say they all cause the mill wizard to open instead, I would suspect that somehow MSM has the idea that the mill wizard is your PDF reader. I have no Idea how that could happen, but we can fix it one of two ways:
1) go to the Settings page, click the "Set Utility Paths" button; that will open dialog boxes to set the PDF reader. Gcode editor and non-gcode editor. Reset the pdf reader to whatever pdf reading program you use.
or if you prefer to use a larger hammer:
2) unsinstall MSM, then reinstall MSM. That will give you back default settings and the first time you try to open a pdf doc with one of those buttons, MSM will prompt you for what pdf reader to use.
