Hello today I tried to change my T0404 Z offset it was -10.615 and I wanted it to be -10.608.
I went to the Tooling page under current tool and entered 4 in the offset dro clicked on the z dro and tried to enter the number but it would not show the negitive"-" sign. So I changed to the WC page set the offset dro and was able to enter the number in the Z offset in the dro. I remember this happing before and also with the wear offset not accepting a neg number. Mach3 3.043.062 MSM 2.0.0
Thanks Drew
also is there a place/location on one of the screens that show current profile being used?

To edit tool parameters, use the "tool table information" panel on the tooling page. Select the tool number you want to see/change, then click the edit button; you'll be presented with the tool table edit dialog box for the tool.

FYI, a convention in MSM is that DROs which can accept direct input values have a green outline within them. DROs that are "read only" do not have this outline. Alas, I can't make "read only" DROs also be "non-selectable" (mach doe snot provide that type of control). See the mill user manual section 2.1.3.3.2 for more info.

Yep - hit the tab key to show the fly out - the current profile is displayed at the bottom of the fly out page.
