Proxy Acivation problems

I am working on setting up my Tormach 770 with the current ver of Mach3 and MSM. I have Mach running and MSM is guest mode. When I try and do a proxy acivation I get a failure. tried 3 times.
I tried an online acivation but MSM reports unable to reach server.

Hi,
Some questions for you:
re online access: Is a firewall or an antivirus product turned on that is blocking network access?
Think about firewalls not only on the PC but in a home router etc.
It would help if you could tell me the exact message you got.

Since you in trial mode and are trying to activate, you must have purchased an MSM license to activate with - is this correct?
I don't see any license under you last name, so I could not look to see if there were an clues in the server logs.

re proxy activation: What was the error message in the utility?

The network card on this computer does not appear to be working. I can not access the internet with this computer.

Ok, I must have had a typo when searching - I found your license.
The license already has two active installations and thus the server will not activate a third PC with that license. The logs show two activation attempts on 5/1; one at 8:41 Pm and one at 8:52 PM. Both were declined due to "no more activations left".

FYI - for the two current activations, they were done on 3/7/2013 and April 17, 2014

There are 3 paths from here:
1) deactivate an existing MSM installation so you can reuse it on another PC.
2) purchase an additional MSM license to enable you to use MSM on more than 2 PCs concurrently.
3) if you believe that the 2 activated PCs info is incorrect or you have lost an installation due to hdw failure etc, contact me directly and we can talk about it.

Thank you for the info. I deactivated MSM on this computer, it does not have a machine hooked to it . Will try a proxy this afternoon.
