Is "Verify Axis" the same as "set steps per unit" in Mach3?

Post by ChrisAttebery »

Hi Dave,

I need to access the "set steps per unit" function that's under the Settings page in Mach. Is that the same as the Verify Axis boxes in MSM?

Thanks,

Hi, the utility that sets steps/unit is found on the MSM Hardware page, PP driver tab - button labeled "Set Steps/Unit".
Yeah, the utility is not really PP specific, but for reasons lost in the mists of time that's where the button is in MSM.
