Offline deactivation?

I re-imaged my laptop with that I uses to do dry run's of MSM without doing a de-activation first. So I have an activation tied up. I don't see a way on the licensing portal page to delete an inactive activation.

I took a short glance through the manual and I didn't see any examples of adding to the User Exts screen. I'm thinking that's a easy place to add a custom layout for 3D printing. Hi Dave. Quick Question. I moved my TCP lower by a inch or so and now when I put in a short bit and do a tool change MSM almost gets to the touch plate before giving up and deciding it cannot find it.
